an ode to my friends
you care
you're always there
waiting
for me
when i am lost in the dust
when i am struggling to catch up
doubled over on the ground
crying
you take me by the hand
and lead me
along the path of life
throughout all of the pain
throughout all the struggles
throughout it all
you have never left me
you have never abandoned me
you have always told me the truth
never lied
i am so greatful for you
there are no words to express
how much you mean to me
i just pray that you will forgive me
if i have ever hurt you
in any way
and i didn't understand
let it die
while i sleep
you are awesome
i love you all so much
thanks for being there
